The last adjustment window for domestic oil prices in 2019 will open at 24:00 on December 30. According to agency estimates, it is expected that the corresponding increase in the domestic refined oil price adjustment will be about 240 yuan per ton, equivalent to 0.17 yuan per liter of 92 # gasoline.

During the current round of price adjustment, the decline in US crude oil inventories and the expansion of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) have helped the market. International crude oil prices have fluctuated slightly, and the rate of change of crude oil referenced by domestic oil prices has remained positive.

According to the calculation of Longzhong Information, the comprehensive change rate of crude oil as of December 26 was 5.58%. According to the current refined oil price mechanism, every 10 working days constitute a price adjustment cycle. "This is the ninth working day of the price adjustment cycle. If there are no major changes, there is no suspense for the increase." Said Li Yan, an oil analyst at Longzhong Information.

In 2019, the price adjustment of domestic refined oil products was carried out twenty-five times, specifically, fourteen upward adjustments, seven downward adjustments, and four stranded operations. The total increase in gasoline was 445 yuan / ton, and the total increase in diesel oil was 445 yuan / ton. After this price adjustment, the price adjustment bureau in 2019 will become "fifteen up, seven down, and four stranded" (including the March 31 reduction due to the adjustment of the value-added tax rate).

At present, the prices of 92 # and 95 # gasoline at Sinopec gas stations in Shandong are 6.78 yuan and 7.28 yuan, respectively. This round of retail price adjustment contract is about 0.17 yuan per liter. In order to save gas money, private car owners can add gasoline before Tuesday. Full tank.

The next round of domestic oil price adjustment window will open at 24:00 on January 14, 2020. Looking ahead, Li Yan believes that "the current favorable factors in the international crude oil market are still strong, and it is expected that the next round of price adjustments for refined oil products will increase."

Zhongyu Information also believes that on the premise that fundamentals are expected to improve, international crude oil prices are still expected to maintain high levels in the short term. As the Spring Festival holiday is getting closer, domestic oil prices are supported by the release of downstream demand, and domestic gasoline and diesel prices are expected to strengthen in the short term.
