Guiyang Network News Recently, the Qingzhen Municipal People's Court concluded a civil loan case in accordance with the law, punishing both the plaintiff and the 3 defendants, as well as punishing a third person. It is reported that cases where several parties are punished are very rare.

On September 17, 2018, the plaintiff Liu sued the Qingzhen court through a “debit note” signed by the defendant Leng Mou as evidence. The statement stated that Leng had borrowed 4.6 million yuan from him and agreed that if the loan could not be repaid, the defendant Jiang and the defendant Dai would bear the repayment liability. After the court filed a lawful summons, the three defendants refused to answer and did not appear in court. Leng Mou appealed, and the Guiyang Intermediate People's Court sent a retrial.

During the retrial, the court held that the signatures of Leng Mou, Jiang Mou, and Dai Mou were true, but the three of them had not been legally summoned to present the case in the first instance lawsuit. Proceedings that match the IOU are false. The actions of the five persons constituted a serious consequence such as obstructing civil lawsuits and obstructing judicial justice, and causing the facts of the original trial judge to find the facts wrong. The court fined Liu and Feng respectively. At present, the five parties have taken the initiative to pay the fine in full.
