At the media briefing of the 2019 National Business Work Conference held on the same day, Wang Bin introduced that according to the monitoring by the Ministry of Commerce, from December 16 to 22, the average wholesale price of pork in 36 large and medium cities was 43.76 yuan per kilogram, which was more than the previous week. It was down 0.3%, 1.1% lower than in early December, and 16.3% lower than the price high in early November.

Wang Bin revealed that as the "two festivals" approached, in order to ensure the supply of pork, the Ministry of Commerce, in conjunction with relevant departments, took various measures to formulate a new year's and spring festival pork market guarantee supply plan, put the central reserve of frozen pork, and pork supply during the "two festivals" Will increase significantly.
