It is necessary to set up a professional service team for gas management, strengthen technical cooperation with developed regions and advanced enterprises, train and introduce gas management professionals, strengthen technical guidance for local and corporate gas management, and continuously improve coal mine gas prevention and control capabilities. It is necessary to severely crack down on illegal and illegal custody, false integration and reorganization, and evasion of supervision. It is necessary to encourage and guide the shut-down and exit of coal mining enterprises in order to transform production and establish agricultural entities. It is necessary to accelerate the intelligent transformation of coal mining mechanization, deepen and improve the new energy operation mechanism, resolutely eliminate the hidden dangers of coal production safety, and promote the high-quality development of the coal power industry.

The meeting called for the effective strengthening of coal mine safety production supervision and supervision, resolutely overcoming the formalism and bureaucracy existing in supervision and supervision, and comprehensive implementation of party and government responsibility, dual responsibility for one post, accountability for dereliction of duty, and corporate responsibility for the main body of production safety. Implementation or incomplete implementation led to serious accountability for the accident.
