Zhang Yongli said that China's national park pilots are progressing smoothly in 2019. The Hainan Tropical Rain Forest National Park system pilot was officially launched, and the overall plan for Sanjiangyuan National Park was approved. The Northeast Tiger and Leopard, Qilian Mountains, Giant Pandas, and Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park have established provincial and provincial coordination mechanisms to complete the overall planning.

The delimitation of natural resource ownership boundaries and the registration of rights confirmation in the pilot national parks have been basically completed, and ecological protection and restoration have been actively promoted. A preliminary monitoring platform for natural resources and ecosystems has been established.

He said that in 2020, we will strive to introduce national park setting standards and spatial layout plans, complete the "National Park Overall Development Plan", and formulate national park monitoring, ecological protection supervision, and natural resource management and other institutional methods. The registration of natural resources in pilot areas of national parks was completed, the construction of national park monitoring platforms was promoted, and ecological protection and restoration work was continued. It is also necessary to complete the pilot acceptance of national parks and formally establish a group of national parks. (Reporter Hu Lu)
